Collision Avoidance System - Precise Ranging Over 2500 Feet

Description:

 

With thousands of systems in operation, the latest vehicle mounted unit is equipped with a high resolution OLED daylight display. With visual and audible alarms, the system prevents costly accidents and injuries to equipment and operators. It performs precise ranging for distances up to and over 2500 feet in the harshest conditions, including tunnels and curves.

Collision Avoidance System

The Collision Avoidance System emits a visual and audible alarm when approaching other vehicles, workers, and work site limits. By keeping the operator's attention, the system prevents costly accidents and injuries.

Flagger Device

Personal Alert Device (PAD)

When a train is detected, a secured alarm is sent to any worker wearing a Personal Alert Device (PAD) that a train is approaching, giving the work crew time to clear the tracks.

Work Block Unit

A Work Block unit is placed on the track at work block boundaries and will alarm any vehicle with a Collision Avoidance System installed in it. Vehicles are alarmed before encroaching an undesignated work block or exiting a designated work block.
